terms of use.
last updated · 14 May 2026
These terms apply to your use of this site. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site. Commercial terms for ordering, allergens, refunds and catering live separately in our terms of business.
about us
The site is operated by Rowda Group Ltd, trading as Chaiiwala, a company registered in England and Wales. Chaiiwala is a registered trademark of Rowda Group Ltd. Registered office: 90 Freemens Common Road, Leicester, England, LE2 7SQ. Contact franchise@chaiiwala.co.uk.
what the site is for
This site is the Chaiiwala of London presence in the United States: menu, story, franchise and merchandise. Food orders are placed here, and the order is passed to us to fulfil. The Originals merchandise is sold on a separate Shopify store, which has its own terms shown at checkout.
content & ip
All content on this site, including the Chaiiwala name and wordmark, the teapot mark, the “chaiiwala” script wordmark, photography, illustrations, recipe descriptions and layout, is © Rowda Group Ltd or used under licence. Personal social sharing of individual pages is permitted; commercial reuse, framing, scraping, or republication requires written permission.
acceptable use
You must not use the site unlawfully or harmfully, attempt unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities outside responsible disclosure, or interfere with the site’s operation. Anything you submit must not be unlawful, defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable. Commercial data harvesting requires written permission.
third-party links
We link to third-party sites — Shopify and the social platforms among them — which operate under their own separate terms. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for those sites.
availability & accuracy
Menu items, hours and store information are maintained but subject to change. The authoritative source for opening hours is the store itself; the authoritative source for a price is your receipt. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance.
liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Beyond that, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
privacy
See our privacy policy for how we handle personal data and cookies.
governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
